Placing an order with ChristelNani.com is easy. There's no need to create an account.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

1. Find the Items You Want

When you find an item that interests you, click on the button "LEARN MORE" or on the image of the item to find more information about the item, including price and availability.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the "ADD TO YOUR SHOPPING CART!" button on the bottom right corner of the page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button to keep adding items until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can see the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "MY SHOPPING CART" link on the blue bar on the top of the "CD's & Books" page of our Web site.

3. Revise your shopping cart

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click on the check-box named "delete" next to the title and then click the "Update Cart" button. The item will be removed from the shopping cart and a new total amount will be displayed below.

If you want to change the quantity of a particular item, write the new quantity in the box under the "Qty." sign and then click the "Update Cart" button. The shopping cart will be updated and a new total amount will be displayed below.

4. Proceed to Checkout

When you're ready to place an order for everything in your shopping cart, click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.

5. Enter your personal info

Fill all the boxes of the form providing with a valid e-mail address for confirmation of your order.

Choose a payment option between Credit Card or Check by clicking on the boxes next to the method you prefer. We accept Visa and MasterCard. All orders must be prepaid.

Should you wish to specify a different address for shipping, click on the link at the bottom of the form saying "Click here if you want to specify a different shipping address". A new form will appear. Please fill all the boxes and tell us where you would like to ship your order.

Check the accuracy of the inserted data and click the "NEXT" button.

6. Paying with credit card

(If you chose to pay with a check you can skip this point and go to point #7)

If you're paying with a credit card, enter the name reported on the card, number, security code (the last three digits on the back of the card) and pick month and year of expiration from the scrolling boxes. Check the accuracy of your data and click the “NEXT” button.

7. Review and submit your order

This page shows you the detailed review of your order. Please take a moment and check the accuracy of all the information you provided before placing your order. To change your order, click the "Back" arrow button (found in the top left corner of your web-browser screen) to go back to the previous forms and make changes.

When you are ready, click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page to submit your order. You will be taken to the confirmation page.

Once you place your order, we will instantly send you a confirmation e-mail message with estimated shipment and delivery times and - in case you chose to pay with a check - the postal address where to send it.

We will send you another e-mail message with a receipt at the time of your credit card has been charged or your check has been received and cashed.
