Many times I hear from people who have received Readings from intuitive healers that do not make sense to either me or the patient. For example, a woman received a Reading with this energetic diagnosis: “you are "third chakra dominant and need to come into your own personal power."
I asked her what this meant and how she was to achieve this and she had no idea.

To me, this was a very vague intuitive diagnosis that was not very helpful to a woman suffering from tremors, memory impairment and a lack of physical stamina or energy. She came to me because she had heard of my expertise as a Medical Intuitive and wanted some answers. Her Reading revealed a rather traumatic event at the age of four that caused a split between her body and her energy field. Specifically, she needed trauma resolution with a particular modality and shamanic soul retrieval to integrate her spirit. Her vibration was rather low and specific steps to raise her vibration were discussed and easily followed by the client. The results were immediate and successful and did not require long term involvement. She did not require a second Reading.

When going for a Reading, please get a referral from someone who has gone before you. I would also suggest you receive a comprehensive plan for healing---specific steps to take and clarity as to the energetic diagnosis, what to expect when fulfilling the health plan, and any additional steps to increase the likelihood of success. Your personal power is a precious commodity--think twice before you give it away to someone in "authority."

Q: What is Spiritual Responsibility?

Christel: It is the polar opposite of identifying yourself as a powerless and helpless victim. It means taking responsibility for your choices and what you have helped create in your life, and trusting God or your higher power. It is a grass roots movement to raise our vibration and heal ourselves by being in alignment with our souls, living in truth, connecting with God or higher power, being of service to others, and living from the upper chakras [seven through four with: guidance, spirituality, integrity and love. By raising your own vibration and letting go of your victim mentality, revenge, apathy, jealousy, resentment and judgment, you help heal the planet. Being spiritually responsible means doing something about the state of the world and not simply complaining about it, or living in fear of it.

There are seven principles of Spiritual Responsibility that guide the healing process, and correlate with healing the seven chakras, and there are thirteen guidelines for achieving Spiritual Responsibility on a daily basis. They bring spirituality to a very practical and doable level for anyone open to change.

These guidelines teach one how to be in alignment with one’s soul, connect with God, and how to be in the flow and create a happy and healthy life.

Rebecca: To me Spiritual Responsibility means having awareness of exactly how I am creating the results in my life! Most people understand that there is an intimate connection between their thoughts and the manifest results in their lives. But what so many don’t understand is which of their thoughts are creating which results! When I first got sick with MS I was completely baffled as to why I had become ill. I was doing work I loved and was at the top of my field. I worked with my husband and we created a burgeoning psychology practice. I ate healthy, had a spiritual support group and a spiritual path that meant a lot to me and as a psychologist, I was an expert in the mind-body connection. I could not fathom why I had become so ill so fast and why I was losing function on a daily basis. I could not explain why my body seemed to be increasingly crippled.

As my work with Christel progressed, I learned to look at my shadow, the really deeply hidden stuff (even all my therapy had not gotten me to this level) and to acknowledge things that were hard to accept at first. Gradually as I made changes, my body healed until one day I no longer resonated with illness at all.

Spiritual Responsibility means there are no mysteries as to why your life is the way it is. It means you know how you are attracting in what you have and more importantly, what you can do to change it. It means you can be happy, free, prosperous and spiritually connected as much as you want. It means God is a living, loving presence and that fear no longer runs any decisions you make. SR is the best gift I have ever received.
