Part I
As a Medical Intuitive, I often work with people who are curious about why they have not healed from an illness, why their business has stalled, what is drawing them to the same unfulfilling relationship time after time or perhaps why they feel stuck and can't find their purpose in life. The answers always lie deep within a person's energetic blueprint and are always apparent to me as conflicts.

I see these conflicts and help people understand how these conflicts are draining their energy and keeping them stuck in a difficult situation. For instance, you may want to heal, but not feel deserving of healing unless you work very hard to earn it. You may want more money, but when your business easily makes profits, the tribal belief that says, "Money doesn't come easily" will sabotage your easy income. Many times, you know you have to leave a relationship, but feel undeserving of happiness, or have a tribal belief that "Marriage is forever" even though you are dying in the relationship. Sometimes you can fall out of integrity, meaning you aren't following your guidance because of fear or simply not liking the guidance. And sometimes you will prostitute yourself [selling yourself for a hefty price] and stay in a situation that is draining your energy because you like the secondary benefits.

These conflicts bring the mind, body, and spirit out of harmony. The spirit yearns to be free of trapping beliefs, low self-esteem, the need for constant approval and vague fears. The mind argues with the spirit causing a conflict that lowers your vibration no matter how you try to keep it high. These conflicts slowly over time suppress your energy, and begin to snuff out the vibrancy of your spirit. Left unaddressed they can lead to depression, loss of passion and eventually illness. Eventually, you can even create a resonance with negativity of all kinds.

Now on the outside, you may appear to be happy, fulfilled, or successful, but it is truly amazing the vast difference that can exist between your outside appearance and your vibration. The vibration that emanates from you attracts life circumstances and situations to you. It is not your positive thoughts or affirmations; it is your blueprint, which includes all of your conflicts and fears. You cannot affirm your way into a new blueprint. You must resolve the conflicts by being in Truth, which allows the mind, body, and soul to come into harmony.

[Case History] Diagnosed with cancer that had metastasized, “P” came to see me. With tremendous passion and emphasis, she exclaimed, “I want to heal and live.” If I had not read her energy, she would have been believable. I explained that her words, “I want to heal and live,” did not run through her chakra system and were not supported by her energy system. The energetic translation? She was not fully on board with her healing.

She chose to forgo traditional medical treatments, because she says she can heal the cancer through alternative means. Good to her word, “P” has diligently looked at and begun to address and change her conflicts: these include speaking her truth with her family, taking care of herself and not working so hard, changing tribal beliefs that frown upon her passionate nature, and learning to live vibrationally rather than dutifully. To her immense joy, she began to feel better and noticed some nice changes in her life. It was at this junction that she had to make a huge choice: to change her resonance, and thus change her life, or not.

This choice point for many people becomes their undoing, regardless if they are healing the mind, body, or spirit. Many people stall at this point in the healing process because it is the moment for unconscious sabotage--it is the point where you decide if you are worthy of these changes. This choice point is most crucial part of the “change your life” process.

On her next visit to her physician, she was told the cancer had metastasized further and that she would not live to see the next year. “You’re dying,” he said. Those profound words had an impact on her. She still refused conventional treatment , but did some intense energy work, and started a healing regime that included a visualization tape to play while falling asleep. Again, she began to feel much better. Her energy level significantly increased, her outlook and mood were uplifted, and she appeared to be back on track with her healing.

Again, she came to that crucial choice point where her saboteur could wreak havoc upon her well-intentioned plans, and it did. In a moment of clarity, she realized she had forgotten to take her healing remedies with her on her last trip, and that she was not using the healing remedies as directed.

Facing Truth allows you to make new choices. Unfortunately, people don't always want to hear their choices. I hear these comments all too often: "I want to heal, be happier, be successful, but I don't want to change anything in my life." My translation of this is: "Leave all my conflicts as they are or let me heal only the ones I want to, let me stay in a low vibration and certainly don't change me, and heaven forbid, DON'T tell me anything I'm fighting NOT to know, AND help me to heal!" I have amazing abilities, but even I am not that good!

This is called shadow work for a reason---to bring to light the parts of you that need changing. When I read your blueprint, I am bringing your shadow to the light for you to examine and change if you so desire. While you may not always like your shadow, looking at it will bring true spiritual freedom.

Thank you for keeping us full of laughter and so well nutured--it's nice to relax in your minestrations of love! In "Guidance 24/7" I wrote about being of service--Doris, I could take lessons from you. We're honored to know someone who truly "walks the talk."

Our visionary webmaster, walks the path of social change and justice. Watch for him to make the human condition vastly improved in our futures. He created our website [after translating English to Italian to English!] and it does everything but make coffee in the morning. Many thanks for a job well done and expertly executed!
